Do I need to audition in order to join the orchestra?

An audition is required to become a full member of the Loveland Orchestra. However, we often take subs or add names to sub lists based on referrals, in which case a formal audition is not required.

Do orchestra members get paid to play?

Currently, our only paid personnel are our conductor and concertmaster. Everyone else volunteers their time and talents to the orchestra.

Do orchestra members pay dues?

Orchestra members are not required to pay dues in order to be a part of the ensemble.

How often does the orchestra rehearse?

We typically rehearse weekly on Thursday evenings in Loveland.
