Digital Ticket Announcement

Coming for our 2025-2026 Season: Digital Tickets!

The Loveland Orchestra is moving to digital tickets for the 2025-2026 Season! We’re excited about the change, and have all the answers to your questions here:

Why change to digital tickets?

For many years, we’ve had generic tickets that were printed and could be used at any concert. This has led to the potential of overselling our concerts, as we found out at our December 2024 concert! Though we (luckily) didn’t oversell it, we need to make sure everyone that buys a ticket will have a seat! This means that we need to count tickets to specific concerts as they are sold.

As we considered our options, we also noticed the number of people confused about our will-call tickets after buying tickets online- most were expecting digital tickets, which have become the standard for many performing arts organizations. We feel moving to an online ticket platform will help our organization grow!

Do I pick my seat now?

No, our concerts are still general admission. Come early to get your favorite seats, and don’t forget about the pre-concert talks at 7:00pm!

Can I still buy tickets at the door? What if I don’t have a phone for a digital ticket?

Absolutely! We will still accept cash or card for purchases at the door. We can check you in without scanning your ticket if needed!

I liked the flexibility of using my tickets at any concert. Can I still do that?

Yes, any ticket not scanned for entry can be exchanged for any other concert in the same season (while tickets last). This can be done by emailing our events director at eventsdirector@lovelandorchestra.org or talking to staff in person at our concerts.

How do season tickets work?

You can buy a season ticket pass online or in-person, and we still offer adult and student packages of six concerts- one ticket for each of our concerts. As with all our tickets, they can be exchanged for other tickets in the same season, if you can’t make it! The four-ticket package has been discontinued, but you’ll be able to buy a “remaining season pass” after the season starts.

How does this change ticket prices?

We ran into lots of fees while setting our system up from the credit card companies and the digital ticket company. If we wanted one fixed price, we could raise our ticket prices, but we chose the option of adding the fees to the ticket prices. The fees are different between online and in-person purchases, and they are different between cash and credit card. We have adjusted our prices so that the cash prices in-person remain the same, and online purchases will be slightly increased with the fees, similar to most online ticket sales. We encourage you to buy your tickets in whatever way you prefer!

When does this begin?

Any tickets for the 2025-2026 Season will be under this new system. This means our last concert of the 2024-2025 Season on May 2nd will have tickets for sale with printed tickets as normal, but we’ll have a separate table for buying your season tickets for next year! We’ll also open the sales online. Don’t forget our season ticket presale is the best deal on already discounted tickets!
